Professional Summary

Mr. Hill is a licensed professional engineer with over twenty years of experience in hazardous waste management, environmental remediation, regulatory compliance auditing, construction, and environmental project management. This experience includes consulting and management of multi-disciplinary environmental contracts for various government entities, municipalities and private sector clients.

Mr. Hill has extensive experience implementing RCRA and state hazardous waste programs and assessing environmental compliance at industrial facilities. He is trained at the NFPA 472  Hazardous Materials Technician level as well as the OSHA HAZWOPER Supervisor level. Mr. Hill conducts environmental training and has supervised HAZWOPER related activities for regulated facilities and cleanup projects. He has working knowledge of stormwater and erosion control best management practices, Clean Water Act/NPDES compliance requirements and has developed Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and related documents in accordance with individual NPDES permits as well as general permits. 

Mr. Hill’s construction experience includes support for owners as well as contractors. Past performance includes development of environmental specifications in support of construction and demolition projects,  management of transportation and disposal operations for Superfund removal projects, soil disposal facilitation for mass excavation projects, removal of PCB electrical equipment and PCB contaminated soil, evacuation of refrigerant gases, management of abandoned chemicals and  decommissioning and assessment of underground  storage tanks.

Mr. Hill is a member of the Alliance of Hazardous Materials  Professionals, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the Auditing Roundtable.
